Our next 8 week session of classes will begin on September 12, 2015 and end on October 31, 2015.

 

Classes will be from 10:45 - 11:45 Saturday mornings.

 

Students must sign up for the 7 classes and prepay a fee of $52.50 for the session.

 

Please Note: There will be no class on Saturday, October 3 2015.

 

Zumba® is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. It features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. The Zumba® Gold Class is geared toward those new to Zumba® or those that would like Zumba® at a slower pace. You don't need to know how to dance--just follow our lead and have fun!!

 

Classes will be held at the Patrizio Center for the Arts 5 First Avenue, Latham, NY.

 

The facility has a brand new sprung dance floor, a surround sound speaker system, and plenty of parking!!!
