May 27, 2014 – Think College! Planning for Post-Secondary Education
Students with significant disabilities going to college? You bet! Students with a variety of support needs are being successful at two- and four-year colleges, and this webinar will describe how parents and educators can work to make post-secondary education a reality. Participants will take away eight strategies—beginning when students are in preschool!—for making college a reality after a student graduates from high school. Commentary from college students with significant disabilities will be shared in video clips from Think College!, a national organization dedicated to developing, expanding, and improving inclusive higher education options for people with intellectual disability.
