Conference Committee

The Conference Committee will organize the Annual Beyond Our Wildest Dreams Conference and additional seminars throughout the year.

Examples of how YOU can get involved with the Conference Committee:

• Help with all facets of conference planning (program design, securing  speakers, vendors and sponsors, etc.)
• Help review applications from the Call for Presentations
• Work at the registration table
• Secure sponsors for the confererence
• Help with the Sibling Conference
• Help with the Self-Advocates Conference
• Volunteer as a room monitor during workshop sessions
• Photography/videography during Conference
• Help plan Seminars for the DSAHRC
• Do you have a specific field of knowledge?  Present a seminar for the DSAHRC, such as Girl's Club
• Help with phone calls relating to Conference and Seminar planning
• Promote the Conference and Seminars in the community and in school districts
• Help with mailings and labeling
• Compile results from Conference Evaluations
