My Gift: The Magic of a Special Child.

Summary

A year after moving to a small town, far from family and friends, the author gave birth to a son who had Down syndrome. She eventually learned that everything around her was a blessing in disguise. Her mother’s love and her song of praise to her son radiate from each poem. This work promotes understanding, acceptance and peace by honoring the gifts that each child brings into the world.
